Overview

Thunder City (The World That Never Was) is a custom track created by Fuffina. It is a remake of Thunder City, created for the 61st edition of the Custom Track Jam competition series, where it placed first. The track is set in and around a futuristic city, containing cars, helicopters and plenty of other scenery.

A quote from the author

The World That Never Was is a world in Kingdom Hearts II with plenty of deep meanings, but to put it simply it's the area of the "Heartless" and "Nobodies", those who lost their identity to Darkness itself. Not only was it the main texture inspiration for the track, but it also reflects the track as a whole. This Thunder City remake was planned to be, The World That Never Was. The old, nostalgic custom track that many players, including me, had reminisced over at the beginning of CT creation but were unable to enjoy in a more modern, realized form. I have decided to keep this name for the wiiki release, but I completely understand if distributions prefer the name "Thunder City".
