machine_para.bin Editor is a program developed by Atlas that allows the modification of character and vehicle stat lines from Mario Kart Wii's machine_para.bin file.
Usage
Open or drag and drop the machine_para.bin file into the program, then change the values from each character and vehicle. To be able to modify the values, it is necessary to have at least one of the two lists' items to be selected as (select none), since the values are individual and not combined for characters and vehicles.
