MKWii Country Modifier Generator (MKWii CMG or MKW CMG) is a program developed by Atlas that creates a Gecko code used to change the country displayed in the online menu, and it can also change the country flag icon.
Usage
Select the desired country and flag (if you do not want any flag, select "No flag"), make sure you select the correct region (PAL, NTSC-US, NTSC-J or NTSC-K) and click the "GENERATE" button. Then, the code will be generated and you will be able to copy it (highlight and press Ctrl+C).
