Overview

Torran is Silly! is a program created by Atlas that allows the modification of Mario Kart Wii's rksys.dat file, found into the save data. It has many features to edit, like VR/BR, unlock all, license records, Grand Prix cups and ranks, and a license manager.

Wexos, for the CRC-32 calculation class.
Chadderz, for the CTMKF font.

Usage

Open or drag and drop a rksys.dat file into the program. Then, you will be able to edit some values from each license.

Cup Editor

This allows you to modify each Grand Prix cup (gold/silver/bronze/none), as well as their rank (1 star, 2 stars, 3 stars, A-F letters) and a flag that determines if they were completed. The overall star rank shown next to your name tag online will depend on the star rank from all cups and if all cups were completed.

License Manager

This tool allows you to reorder, clone and delete licenses, as well as import and export them as separate RKP files. This is useful if you want to import a license to another save file, and it is compatible with all regions. By cloning a license, you will be able to store more friends and different VR/BR values while having the same friend code.
