Final Lap Stream Maker (FLSM), formerly named as Final Lap BRSTM Maker or FLBM, is a simple tool developed by Atlas that generates a speeded up version of any BRSTM, BCSTM or BFSTM, useful for the creation of final lap music for Mario Kart Wii, Mario Kart 7 and Mario Kart 8.

Usage

Open or drag and drop a BRSTM, BCSTM or BFSTM file into the program and select where you want to save the new fast version.
