Overview
This is a port created by Tock. It is notable for being the first GCN port with proper texturing and vertex colors. The author created custom snowmen (castletree2) and Freezies (VolcanoRock1) for this track, although they currently lack the freeze effect from the original GCN version. The old versions of this port suffered many bugs, mainly in Multiplayer (RC1.2 fixes this issue). The minimap is gray, compared to minimaps of other tracks.

- Riidefi, for the course model in v4.0 onward.
Usage of Extended Presence Flags since v4.1
Together with DS Airship Fortress (Sniki) and GCN Bowser's Castle (Tock), this track is the first one that supports extended presence flags.
Originally, the author had released two versions: one with only blue Shy Guy skaters (penguin_m), and one for LE-CODE with additional red Shy Guy skaters (penguin_l), for which he changed the physics, which only LE-CODE enables.
Wiimm has now packed both variants in one track file. Under LE-CODE, two blue Shy Guy skaters are switched off and the two red ones are activated.
