Overview

Retro Rewind is a custom track distribution created by ZPL. It features every retro track from Super Mario Kart to Mario Kart 7, as well as some Mario Kart 8, Mario Kart Tour and Mario Kart Arcade GP tracks. The distribution also features its own Homebrew application and auto updater. As of v6.0, the distribution uses Pulsar as its engine.

Mega Cloud acaruso Instead of shrinking the player, the Thunder Cloud gives a Mega Mushroom effect. Credit to Atlas for the original Mega Cloud model.
Mii Heads on Minimap JoshuaMK This will show Miis on the minimap. This can be toggled on or off in Riivolution.
Transmission Switch ZPL This allows the ability to switch between regular drifting and all inside drift styles.
Intense CPU Saiveeon, ZPL This allows players to toggle the CPU difficulty to be intense.
Game Mode Toggle ZPL This allows the ability to switch between five game modes.
200cc Melg This adds 200cc over 100cc.
500cc Melg, ZPL This adds 500cc over 50cc.
Music Toggle Melg This adds an option to remove game music.
Track Layout Melg This adds an option to adjust the track layout to be in alphabetical order.
Speedometer Melg This adds a speedometer that can be positioned on either side of the screen.
Staff Ghosts Melg Every track features a staff ghost.
Ultra Mini-Turbos Melg Karts are able to generate another level of mini-turbo.
Custom Music Melg Every track features custom music imported by Mayro.
In-Game Crediting Melg All tracks credit the authors at the beginning of each race.
Friendly Fire Melg This allows people on the same team to hit each other.
Brake Drifting stebler Holding B while drifting allows you to slow down while drifting. Essential in tight corners or when using vehicles with a low drift stat.
Hybrid Drift Ismy, CLF78 Replaces the Automatic Drift option with Hybrid Drift, which combines automatic and manual drift.
SMTs for Outside Bikes Brawlboxgaming Outside bikes will charge to super mini-turbos (orange).
TTs Online Melg Adds a game mode that emulates Time Trials in an online setting.
