Eventually his parents and his ideas shared they decided to live in this other country to find peace, which is why the text is written in Japanese; to accept the country and want to show that his country does have some good and fun ideas, and showing that Khan and his parents don't want to cause any trouble; hence why this whole area feels like an outdoor recreation center (it has a restaurant, a swimming pool, a gym, and the list goes on).

The reason why I didn't change this in this dreadful custom track is because most people outside Asia still don't see the difference due similarities to the buildings. And if they didn't observe the language; the way how everything's built up, I chose just leaving it at that. So again, there's a whole backstory behind this whole track and I explained it several times while people kept thinking '>Heart of China > Japanese text' for the ones who do know the difference.
