Heart of China is Wingcapman's first custom track. It was not originally designed as a race track, so it is quite similar to ports of other non-race track levels in that it does not have a clearly defined layout. This track is based on a story written by the author. Normally, there is not a race path for this area, but he decided to make a Mario Kart Wii race-compatible track of it.
