It was created for the 14th edition of BillyNoodles's Custom Track Jam, where it initially placed seventh, but was considered to be moved to sixth on 2021-09-07 following the disqualification of CT Cemetery. It takes place in an abandoned cave which was used by ancient tribes as a place of sacrifice. In this cave, the tribes would send in innocent people from their tribe and block off the exits. Slowly, the sacrifices would become insane and resort to cannibalism to stay alive. During this state of madness, these sacrifices would scratch the word "die" into the ground.
