Windmill Village is a custom track created by ChaosShadow23. It is the follow-up to Windmill Isle. Despite this, this track is not influenced by the stage Apotos from Sonic Unleashed like the previous version; it was completely remade as a separate, new custom track. It was created after the author felt the first version was not up to track standards, although it bears some similarities.
