Overview

Spectral University is a custom track created by Mystic and tasryse. The track takes place in a building that leads onto a path, which takes the player into a greenhouse and then back into the main building. This was Mystic's first time modeling a track, in which he used Blender. The track was modeled over concept art that he had made in May of 2018 and thus almost perfectly resembles the concept art. This track was in development for 165 days (counting only the time between the first Blender model to the creation of the track file).

The track's concept art was originally used for Kingdom of Ghosts (ChisSilver64), which Mystic was also part of. It is loosely based on the source material. Jasperr and ZPL's remake of the track, however, is completely different from both the concept art and ChisSilver64's version, and Mystic was unaware that it existed until it released. ChisSilver64 then made Shadow Marsh, which Mystic was also unaware of, but he was aware of ChisSilver64's update to his version of Kingdom of Ghosts. Mystic eventually made this track to be accurate to his concept art while also showing the original vision he had for it.
