Overview

Sleepytime is a custom track created by Rex. It was created for the fifth edition of the Custom Track Jelly competition series, where it placed third. It is a loose sequel to Journey Across Maps. The track draws inspiration from the style of various older custom tracks, and purposely has a vague design and visuals.

Trivia

The track contains several references to things related to sleep, as well as other custom tracks:

  • The beginning section featuring jumping over fences is in reference to counting sheep, and the Moo Moo object on the moon is in reference to the cow jumping over the moon.
  • The easy/hard split route is inspired by Area 28, and the hard route of it is inspired by the track edit Volcano Manege. A shortcut on the Rainbow Road section is similar to one from Heavenly Road, but is in contrast more difficult, and requires Mushrooms.
