Overview
Cyan Koopa Troopa is a character texture of Koopa Troopa created by Rex. The author wanted to remake the texture that he originally created for Mario Kart 8 to use in Mario Kart Wii, so he ended up making this texture as a result. Currently, the Blue Falcon and Bullet Bike are the only vehicles that have textures.
