Overview

Spencer Shay is a character from iCarly. He was ported to Mario Kart Wii by Bruh de la Boi, using his model from Nick Racers Revolution 3D. This uses the large male Mii's animations and replaces Wario on all vehicles, which have been retextured. This also has a menu model, an award model, LOD models, and CPU models.
