Overview
Twinkle Circuit 2 is one of the six race tracks available in Sonic Adventure (for Dreamcast (1998), PC/GameCube (2003) and PlayStation Network/Xbox Live Arcade (2010)), but it is only accessible using downloadable content in the Dreamcast version or in the other versions by hacking. This was ported to Mario Kart Wii by igorseabra4 and released on 2016-12-14, along with the releases of the other five Twinkle Circuit tracks. It was given a city (Speed Highway) theme to differentiate it from the other Twinkle Circuits.
