Removed two ramps after the bouncy mushroom section and added a ramp near the end. Changed item box sets. Added and removed many objects. Modified bouncy mushrooms. Removed unused routes.
v2.2	2018-12-31	Update by KantoEpic: Improved KCL. Remade item routes. Remade minimap. Added visible boost pads. Replaced ramp after the bouncy mushroom section. Lowered texture sizes. Added mipmaps. Removed an unneeded file and two unused cannons.
