Overview

Wiimms Mario Kart Fun 2021-09 is a custom track distribution created by Wiimm. It was released on September 12th, 2021, nine months after the previous version. The nine month gap is the longest in series history, brought about by the extended workload placed on the author by Wiimmfi, LE-CODE, and Wiimms SZS Tools.

2021-08-24, Deadline
  • Deadline for new tracks.
2021-08-29, Test
  • Preliminary track selection: 51 new tracks, 61 updates, 32 + 404 tracks total.
  • Test version with item cheats and performance monitor.
  • LE-CODE build 29 with new Speedometer and D-Pad cheats.
2021-08-31, Deadline
  • Deadline for fixed tracks.
2021-09-03, RC1
  • Release candidate without item cheats.
  • Final track selection: 54 new tracks, 62 updates, 32 + 404 tracks total.
  • LE-CODE build 30 with new Speedometer and D-Pad cheats.

License Unlock

The type of license unlock has been changed. While previously a cheat code was used, a D-Pad cheat integrated in LE-CODE is now used:

  • Select a driving license in the main menu.
  • Press the buttons ALT1 and ALT2 and keep both pressed. Both keys differ for different controller. See LE-CODE buttons for details.
  • Use the D-Pad to enter the following code: LUL LUL (2× Left-Up-Left; reminder rule: 2× License UnLock).
