RC2	2018-10-23	Update by Ptpix1: Added minimap. Adjusted culling of the wall texture. Slightly darkened the sand textures. Animated the boost ramps. Cleaned up KCL. Added sticky road to the uphill section. Adjusted a few respawn points. Fixed an out of bound glitch.
