Overview

Moo Moo Meadows Touching the boost ramp will respawn the player near the finish line.
Mushroom Gorge Using the ramp inside the cave to fall off will respawn the player at the end of the cave.
Toad's Factory Falling off the first ramp will respawn the player near the bulldozers.
