Overview

Charmander is a Pokémon, first appearing in Pokémon Red and Green (Pokémon Red and Blue internationally). This is a port created by L3e98. It initially went over Yoshi on the Wild Wing, but in v2.0, the character goes over Toad on all vehicles. The vehicles also has a custom texture to match the character's color scheme.
