Overview
Officer Earl is a major character in the Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs franchise.[1] Bits ported him to Mario Kart Wii. He goes over Funky Kong on all vehicles, and comes with vehicle recolors, an award ceremony model, a character selection screen model, CPU and LOD models, and icons.
