Overview
Frozone (also known as Lucius Best) is a major character in The Incredibles.[1] Bits ported him to Mario Kart Wii. He goes over Waluigi on all vehicles, and comes with vehicle recolors, an award ceremony model, a character selection screen model, CPU and LOD models, and icons.
