Overview
Papa John's Supreme Pizza (also known as Papa John's Large Mushroom and Pepperoni Supreme Pizza) is a custom track created by JOE WHO? and Laserchick. It was created for the 45th edition of the Custom Track Jam competition series, where it placed seventh. The track was created after its authors thought of ideas for a mushroom-based track, where both of them thought it would be funny to make a track based on a mushroom pizza. Laserchick is responsible for naming the track after Papa John's, although JOE WHO? wanted it to be named after Domino's.

Trivia
When the track was submitted for the Custom Track Jam, there were plans to add an image of Gourmet Guy at one end of the pizza box. Despite his appearance in the course model, he does not appear in-game.
