Overview
Neco-Arc is a parody character of Arcueid Brunestud from the visual novel Tsukihime.[1] She was created by TailsCraft as a custom character for Mario Kart Wii. The character goes over Birdo on all vehicles, and comes with an award ceremony model, a menu model, a CPU model, a LOD texture, and icons. This was created for April Fools' Day.
