Overview
Spear 15 is a mod me jolhyt and KAC have made. Spear15 is based off of Hackercop Platinum Runner Unoffical So hats off to him for the idea and starting bases. As by the name Spear15 the bike "spear" has been changed, it has been through many versions (17 to be exact because my mate is very picky).
