Overview
Kart Wheeled is a minigame from Mario Party 7.[1] This track was ported by Hollend, then optimized (e.g. the mushrooms are now a billboarded texture). This is the author's second custom track to use LE-CODE, specifically the Conditional Out of Bounds feature. Just like Sea Stadium, the KCL also features item road near the side walls, so Red Shells cannot break if a driver takes a tight line.
