Can the custom character Boo be used as base for this character?

I've just noticed that since this is an edit of King Boo, without the crown being used, I've seen a custom character of the normal Boo, made by TravixMan, which does not use the crown. It could probably fix the shader issues and all, since if Boo is used, you'd only have to edit the textures. Even better, multiplayer vehicles (_4 only, not ones with _2, because they are unused), and all vehicles could be made. Maybe icons can also be made.
