Overview

Shaggy Rogers is a fictional character that appears in the Scooby Doo franchise as a member of the Mystery Incorperated gang. He goes over Waluigi with icons and menu, award and LOD models, as well as vehicle recolors. This model was imported from Scooby-Doo! Night of 100 Frights.

• The author created this custom character before making a Custom Mario Kart Wiiki account.
• Due to improvement on his skills when creating custom characters, the author remade and rerigged this model to make it look better and have a smaller file size.
