Overview
Celebi is a Mythical Pokémon, first appearing in Pokémon Gold and Silver.[1] It was ported to Mario Kart Wii by HackStarz, using the model from PokéPark Wii: Pikachu's Adventure, replacing Baby Peach on the Bullet Bike. This is the author's first custom character to fully use Blender.
