Bugs in RC1.ctj

The track itself looks good but there are two issues:

1: CPU's can get stuck in a respawn loop after the U-turn after the first cannon (See in the circle on the map image on the right.) Solution: Line up the respawn point and it's rotation with the enemy route in the middle of the road on the track.

2: The finish line on the minimap is drawn on the wrong position, it can be fixed when using LE-CODE. Solution: Add second KTPT by using the command "wszst patch --ktpt2=auto FILE.szs" with Wiimms SZS Tools.
