OMORI is a custom font created by ItsAubreeyy. It is based on the font from OMORI that was hand drawn by OMOCAT, which was ported to Mario Kart Wii.

A note from the author

Only English letters are supported, as it would take forever to edit them all and the font doesn't have that many characters.
