Overview

This is a port created by Dylanmario. He goes over Waluigi and includes retextured vehicles, LOD, menu, award ceremony and multiplayer models, as well as icons. The character also includes custom menu animations, voices and a Boat Register kart that goes over the Flame Flyer.
