Overview
Incineroar on Flame Runner is a custom character created by ZPL Gaming. It uses the model from Pokémon Sun and Moon, and Ultra Sun and Ultra Moon. In v1.0, the character went over Bowser on the Flame Runner; this was changed to Dry Bowser on the Flame Runner in v1.1.
