Overview

Holly Koopa is a character edit of Koopa Troopa created by Dylanmario. It is based on the female Koopa from Mario Party 8, who appears on the Shy Guy's Perplex Express board. The author ported over the hat onto the vanilla Koopa Troopa model and also retextured him to look like her respectively. This character comes with award and menu models, LOD and multiplayer models, vehicle retextures, and icons.
