Overview
This is a tournament version of Delfino Pier ripped by MrBean35000vr. Instead of battling, players can now race on this maze-like course. The track has no enemy routes, making enabling the CPUs in VS races useless. This was intended to stop the player immediately after completing the original tournament. Also, the only available items from item boxes are Green Shells and Mushrooms, like the original tournament event. As a result, there are no item routes either (hacking to receive a Bullet Bill and using it will freeze the game, just like the other arenas).
