Bugs in v1

Nice track with some item route issues.

• Bullet bill can't manage some abysses. Read ITPT Settings.
• Item routes 1, 2 and 4 are linked to itself. All 3 routes have only on point. So Bullet bill acts like a whirligig. And a red shell forces a hevy slow motion bug. Such error can be detected easily by using bullet bill for 1 complete lap.
• Enemy route 1 is linked to itself.
