Track authors can include an own version of {{{1}}} in the SZS file of the track. Create a sub-directory ./Common/ and copy the file into the directory.
At the moment, only distributions using LE-CODE recognize this file. See LE-CODE Track FAQ and LE-CODE Distribution FAQ for details.
