: Apparently, my SD card didn't have enough space on it with CTGP + my My Stuff folder, so it couldn't copy the whole ISO. It works now. Alternative File Extraction

I found another way to extract the files of the game disc. One can use WiiXplorer[1] and copy the physical disc files onto the SDcard or USB drive. Should this be added to the Wiki? --MT2020∆λ (talk) 16:30, 22 September 2013 (UTC)

It's not a new way, its the already described "homebrew application" way. Feel free to add the name behind "CleanRip".

Wii U?

I'm wondering if I could do this on the Wii U? If I can, but in a different way, please tell me or link to a video or a website. --SenhGaming&Glitches (talk) 16:39, 23 July 2016 (EDT)

Wiiscrubber

I can't find a working version of wiiscrubber anywhere. Can someone help me?--Littlelum (talk) 20:20, 22 March 2017 (UTC)

I would recommend Wiimms ISO Tools personally; it has more support but is a bit less user friendly. Use the command:
wit copy -d mkw.d --fst -F +/files/Race/Course mkw.iso

Dolphin Crash

I got the Mario Kart Wii ISO, but when I open it with Dolphin, it opens a small black window, says "FIFO shutting down while active" with the options "OK" and "Ignore for this session" and closes the window when you press either button. Does anyone know why it happens? Dolphin Crash FIFO shutting down while active.png Enjoy Funky Kong dancing and peace! 07:48, 17 January 2022 (UTC)

Apparently, my SD card didn't have enough space on it with CTGP + my My Stuff folder, so it couldn't copy the whole ISO. It works now. Enjoy Funky Kong dancing and peace! 12:47, 12 February 2022 (UTC)
