Overview
Morgana is a custom character from Persona 5, ported by Ampharos 2.0 for Mario Kart Wii. v1.0 goes over Dry Bones on the Blue Falcon, while v1.1 and onward goes over Toad on the Blue Falcon and Magikruiser.
