Waluigi Pinball was originally a track from the Flower Cup of Mario Kart DS, and was surely the most popular track of it's game. 4TLPati was the first one to port it, but his port didn't look much like the original - it was much smaller, the track was completely made out of ice and there were added obstacles that weren't present in the original version (such as rotating eletric shells).

This is Waluigi Pinball from Mario Kart DS. It is the third track of the Flower Cup. The track consists of driving mostly on curvy paths the pinballs take and then the last section is the pinball area itself. Currently, there are two available versions of DS Waluigi Pinball.
