Now I did this awhile ago, so I assumed the times were in frames. The page says it's in seconds, but that's kind of weird? For example, if we assume Mario Circuit's time in 150cc in seconds (0x21CA, or 8650 in decimal) we get that the time results in 02 hours, 24 minutes and 10 seconds. The page also says that the time is seemingly multiplied by 100, which would result in a much larger time.
