WiiScrubber is a tool to modify Wii ISO images and access files interactivel.

Its features are
  • It has a GUI (Graphical User Interface).
  • It can xtract and replace single files.
  • It can extract whole partitions.
  • It can scrub partitions.
  • It can fake-sign partitions.
Some requirements
  • A Windows system
  • Image must be in plain ISO format (WBFS and other format aren't supported)
