Suggestions
Very interesting article, Chadderz! I have completed now the Background Music table with the IDs given by revo_kart.brsar's InfoIndex values.
Apparently, some of these values often reference to the same BRSTMs, such as the case of the GOAL1_FAN and VS_GOAL1_FAN entries from the BRSAR, which both use o_FanfareGP1_32.brstm. Also, the rest of missing code IDs seem to be referencing the rest of sound entries from the BRSAR (like SEQ_O_EARTH being ID 0x01), so I suggest using those in the table instead of the BRSTMs.

UI Identifiers Rewrite
[ ] Add Scene and Context identifiers
[x] Refactor Menu into Section, and Screen into Page
[ ] Split Referenced Screens into Active Pages and Loaded Pages (NOTE: Possibly find better descriptor than "loaded")
[ ] Separate sections by context, add column for scenes
[ ] Reference UI controls in pages
[ ] Document UI controls by name (NOTE: Pages too? We have references to "RankingBackPage::RankingBackControl", for example)
