Overview
Ralsei is a deuteragonist from Deltarune.[1] This is a port created by HackStarz based on the character's hat form. The model was created by Cally3D, which can be found here. This uses Mario's animations and goes over Luigi on the Mach Bike.
The author also made a version based on the hatless form.
