Overview
Toad Hell Circuit is a texture hack of Luigi Circuit created by DragonMaster537, which is his first effort to "Toadify" all of Mario Kart Wii. It was made with the inspiration of Super Releasio 64 and Super Toad Sunshine, where this track uses textures from said games; the audience is a mix of Toad and some pictures the author had on his computer at the time. The author will eventually plan to add custom textures to the statue, blimp and Miis in the future.
