Race points / last Rank?

I've read a few SELECT-Packets with Wireshark, but the Bytes at Offset 0x18 / 0x1a were always 0x00000000. I only saw them in continental / global events. Are these two values only set in continental / global races? Or am I reading the wrong values? Leseratte (talk) 16:53, 14 December 2013 (UTC)
