This might be a track edit. Whenever you fall wherever the lava is supposed to be (this texture removes the lava), there’s no lava splash animation and the character plays the falling out-of-bounds exclamation instead of the one specifically for lava. A lot of texture hacks that I know of do this, I don't see why it would be a problem personally, as the player will be counted out of bounds at the same place, same time and respawn times aren't different depending on what you hit.
