Problem with model in BRRES Editor
I have a problem to create my custom character. My model look like this (without texture) : [1]
When I import my model (in BRRES Editor), I obtain this : [2]
OK, but as you say :
you should see it like it. (yes that Glitchy AGAIN!) but don't worry easly fixable.
[...]
When done we're gonna import every fliped/mirroed texture on the brres to fix the glitch. so click on the TEX0 of your texture (material name) and replace them with fliped/mirroed texture.
OK. So here is the old texture : [3]
And here is the new one : [4]
But nothing has changed ! Before : [5]
After : [6]
So how do I do to fix this glitch ? Is my texture bad ? --Beredezebe
- I see several problems here. First you model has a lot more polygons than it should. You can simplify the model a lot without changing the look. Second your texture is HUGE. Third, its dimensions aren't in powers of 2, it's 1800*1600. In short, you texture is bad, it can't be used at that size. Reduce it to something more reasonable, I'd suggest 512*512. Also, please sign your posts on talk pages. --Jefe 22:20, 24 November 2011 (CET)
- Thank you very much. It works fine. --Beredezebe 13:01, 25 November 2011 (CET)
- Now, I have another problem : when I play with my custom character, after a while, it freeze ! So what is the problem now ? --Beredezebe 19:59, 25 November 2011 (CET)
- Nobody ? --Beredezebe 15:04, 26 November 2011 (CET)
- Some times the game freezes on specific races so it's probably nothing to do with the character. try it on a diffrent race the the one it froze on. --littlelum
