I always played Mario Kart Wii since im 4 (im 13 now and i dont know if im allowed here) and i always wondered if you can make own tracks/characters and other stuff, untill i found out about TWD98 on YouTube and i saw him using a modded character/vehicle ([[Platinum Funky on Platinum Runner (Funky Kong Texture)]]) made by [[Atlas]] and since then i knew that its possible.
