So, there appears to be a file in it that can't be deleted on Windows

So I was setting up Wiimm's mkfun, and had just finished. When I was deleting files, because I was done & I didn't need it anymore, it said I couldn't because "Invalid file handle". When looking into it, I found the file I couldn't delete was called "con.png". Con is a protected windows file name, as I've learned in the past while trying to delete it, & it makes it virtually impossible to delete on windows, so maybe change it around so it isn't named con? Also taking any advice on how to remove it. It's in patch-dir\ctcode\create-icons\cache\name.

Renaming it isn't as simple because it is the cup icon for the "con" cup, probably. Can probably be deleted in command line using this command:

del "\\.\C:\wherever\the\file\is\con.png"
